At KDV Designs Limited we believe that service is paramount to our customers. We, therefore, aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. This applies to all items which we currently hold in stock. Our stock levels are constantly monitored and "out-of-stock" items marked on our website. Occasionally, due to high levels of demand, some items may be out of stock when you place your order. In this rare event, you will immediately be informed by email and will be able to choose either to have the item placed on back-order (you will be given an anticipated delivery date) or to have a full and immediate refund.

• Regrettably, due to handling costs, all orders below £50 (including VAT but excluding delivery) will be subject to delivery charge of £5.00

• All orders above £50 (inclusive of VAT) will be delivered Free of Charge to UK addresses.

• Orders will normally be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post or Special Delivery and will be required to be signed for.

• Occasionally, certain items will require handling by a specialist courier. In these cases, all additional costs will be borne by KDV Designs Limited.

• At KDV Designs Limited we are happy to dispatch items to any global location.

• Items will normally be shipped via the Royal Mail International Signed-For process.

• All orders will be subject to a packing and delivery charge of £10.00.

• Local taxes, import duties or other costs must be paid by the recipient on delivery.

• Prices and Delivery Charges shown on our website reflect the current exchange rates. However, actual costs will be calculated by your chosen Payment Provider using the prevailing exchange rates at the time of payment and are beyond our control.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours and use rapid shipment methods.

• Delivery to UK addresses is normally within 7 days from receipt of order.

• Delivery to international locations is normally within 14 days.

• We cannot guarantee these times since they are beyond our control but would ask that you allow 21 days before contacting us regarding non-delivery.

• Should you have special delivery requirements, please Contact Us for costs before placing your order.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from KDV Designs Limited you may return the items within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price.

• Any items returned must be in their original and unused condition and must be accompanied by all original packaging, tags and inclusions such as gift-box, certificates etc. The packing-slip included with the order must be returned to us together with a reason for return.

• We strongly suggest that, for your own benefit, items are returned to KDV Designs Limited using Royal Mail Registered Post or Recorded Delivery as appropriate to the insurance value. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit but will endeavour to assist recovery of any losses via the insurer.

• Due to “Health & Safety” regulations, earrings cannot be returned unless the items were supplied in a faulty condition. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

• SO indicates Special Orders and Commissions – Items ordered which are non-standard or specially commissioned from the designer cannot, unfortunately, be returned unless faulty. These items will be clearly marked on the site or, in the case of Special Commissions, advised to you by email. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
